There are three main ways for you to receive support.
- The first way is to utilise the comprehensive online Centre here where you will be able to troubleshoot, review the knowledge base, and if necessary submit an issue ticket. You will be required to create a login and password.
- You are also eligible for phone support. Note that when you register Darkroom, you are entitled to 15 days phone support free of charge. After the 15 days trial period you have the following options:
- You may call us in the UK between 9am and 5.30pm where we offer a first support help line. We charge £30.00 + VAT for each issue. A credit card is required when you call. If we cannot help, you will be given a refund and you will be directed to the US help line or support centre.
- Alternatively you can pay an annual subscription entitling you to a maximum of 10 support calls which will not be charges. The cost of an annual subscription is £185.00 + VAT for Core Edition or £265 + VAT for Pro Edition.
