The Management Team

	John Barker John is owner and director. He originally joined the business in 1981 before going to Blackpool College where he studied Professional Photographic Processing Techniques. On his return he was placed in charge of the whole of the photographic operation. In 1987 he left and went to work on the Cruise Ships and was also Area Manager for Crystal Ski Holidays in Chamonix at the foot of the Alps. In 1991 he returned to take over the photographic business and since then has rebuilt it to include the professional lab in Gorleston, various Holiday Centre franchises as well as being the main UK distributor for Express Digital Darkroom.
	Victor Ling Victor is General Manager and has a strong background in business and sales. A recent addition to the team, Victor is concentrating on the general day to day running of the business allowing John to take a step back. Educated in Bedford, he lived and worked in Northampton before settling in Great Yarmouth. He has various management qualifications and is an accomplished presenter.  He has been in Business Development since leaving University and believes that delivering an unrivalled service at competitive prices is the most important part of gaining and retaining business.
	Nolan Donoghue Nolan is Technical Manager. With a background in graphic design and signage, Nolan worked in London before moving to Norfolk with his family. Nolan's expertise in software as well as his eye for detail make him the ideal person to head up the technical side of the business. Nolan's has an interest in photography and is currently applying for becoming a Licentiate of the Master Photographers Association.
